Shane Patrick is the Superintendent of the Siloam Springs School District and a veteran educator with more than three decades of experience in public education, leadership, coaching, and school administration. Throughout his career, he has championed student-centered practices, organizational excellence, and community engagement. Patrick is passionate about creating school cultures where students thrive, educators grow, and communities unite around a shared commitment to learning. His work focuses on leadership development, school improvement, strategic planning, and building strong relationships as the foundation for educational success. He and his wife, Bethany, live in Northwest Arkansas, where they enjoy spending time with family and working on their farm.
